Preparation of Financial Statements in XBRL ("eXtensible Business  Reporting Language") Format
The Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) implemented a new filing requirement for Singapore incorporated companies to file their financial statements in XBRL format with effect from 1 November 2007. Accountants of companies are required to prepare the financial statements in XBRL format so that the company’s corporate secretary can in turn file the statements in the said format with ACRA.
Directors of companies are responsible for ensuring the correctness and accuracy of financial statements in XBRL format filed with ACRA, whilst, we at LTN are well versed to assist you with the necessary formatting.
